Up first…

MOTHERHOOD

You’re the safe place

Kids crying and mom staying cool. Mother’s Day. Mom win

Sometimes it feels like you're just managing chaos — diapers, grocery runs, sunscreen battles, bedtime negotiations — but here’s the truth: to your child, you are home base.
You’re not just keeping things running. You’re the calm in the swirl, the arms they come back to, the one they trust without question.

Even on the days when you snap or sigh or serve boxed mac again, you’re building the foundation they’ll stand on for life. That’s sacred work.

Try this easy Frozen Treasure Hunt:

You’ll need:

  • Small plastic toys, coins, or buttons

  • Ice cube tray or muffin tin

VALLEY MOM RECOMMENDS

This one’s for the moms who try to hold it all together, be everything to everyone, and do it with a smile. If you’re ready to let go of perfection and lean into grace, this book will feel like a warm hug. It’s also broken into short chapters, so no pressure if you only read five pages a week.

ONE LAST THING

A moment of grace

Quiet Time\ Journaling

On the days you feel unnoticed, overlooked, or like your work doesn’t matter, God sees every unseen moment. He’s not measuring your worth by how clean the house is or how patient you were today.
He’s in the middle of it with you. Holding you up. Filling in the gaps.

“The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.”

Psalm 34:18
