Activity: Pumpkin Seed Art 🎨
After carving your pumpkins, don’t toss the seeds! Wash and dry them, then color with paint or markers. Glue them onto paper in fun shapes—leaves, animals, or your child’s initials—for a simple, fall-themed craft.

“Rachel is a mom of 3 under 3, and is completely crushing it! As her postpartum doula, I’ve witnessed her continuously strive to be a better mom every day. It has been awe-inspiring the way she cares for her twins and toddler with such compassion, intention, and positive energy. She wakes up each day prioritizing her family and caring for all those around her. She is thoughtful about the way she raises her kids to have values that emulate kindness and respect. (Not to mention - she has been a breastfeeding champion - providing for her children for the past 2.5 years!) She is an absolutely incredible mama, wife, daughter, and friend!
