🦃 Happy Thanksgiving, y'all
Allow me a moment to say thanks. 🤎
Thanksgiving is one of the best days of the year.
My mom goes full Martha Stewart whether we’re hosting 30 people or it’s just our little crew. I’m talking fine china, turkey-shaped butter, organic everything, and cloth napkins, my friends.
It’s the warm-up to Christmas. The Super Bowl of food. Space in our busy calendars for rest. And, of course, a time for focused gratitude.
First and foremost, all glory be to God. This incredible journey I’ve been on is sustained solely by His goodness and grace.
Second, thank you to my family. My mom has gone above and beyond the call of duty, caring for my boys whenever I needed to take a meeting, phone call, or break — and made dinner every night so I don’t have to. My husband has been my sounding board, my lighthouse in dark waters, and my consigliere. And shoutout to my sweet James and Jack, who are the subject of all my reels and the very beat of my heart.
Third, thank you to my friends. You know who you are. You’ve created with me, helped me get Valley Moms off the ground, let me vent (panic) when things go wrong, and pointed out when my links don’t work (sorry, everyone). You ladies have filled my life with light and laughter, and I am so incredibly grateful.
Fourth, thank you to every local business that’s worked with Valley Moms so far. You guys are a huge part of why I do this, and you have responded with nothing but outrageous generosity. Some of our local partners include:
Mission Ridge
CLASS Homeschool Enrichment
Pure Essence Esthetics
Coffee Caboose
Beau and Co.
The Mother’s Garden
The Skin Ritual
Inspirations Ceramic + Art Cafe
The Original Children’s Shop
Mela Coffee
Fable Books and Blooms
Bubba J’s
Luana Beauty Boutique
Simply Unique
Ye Olde Bookshop
…and so many more!
Fifth and finally, I want to say thank you to YOU! I have received nothing but love and encouragement from you, my readers and followers. You’ve let me make mistakes, change things up, and figure this out as I go. I have so enjoyed getting to know some of you and appreciated your kind words and support.
Valley Moms started as a dream a friend (I’m looking at you, KM) and I cooked up over a Bonkerz play date, and has grown into a true passion project.
This is all for you and by you, and I can’t wait for what God has in store for all of us.
As always, my inbox is open. Drop me a line. Tell me what you want to see more of.
Happy Thanksgiving, y’all!
With love and thanks,
Madison
